Frequently Asked Questions

Good question. It's fine for entrants to submit their photos off-site (e.g. back at their hotel or at home). However, please keep in mind, the idea is for the photos to be taken at the Olive Pink Botanic Gardens, so please be aware that we may exclude entries if we feel are trying to take advantage of the competition's terms & conditions.
Please submit up to 5 photos per day. Please submit each photo as a separate entry.
The entry submitter should only ever submit photos that they photographed themselves. Thus the copyright of the photos is always owned by the entrant. At the Olive Pink Botanic Garden end, we may use your photos for promotional purposes, including reposting online via social media, via our media partnerships or reprinting for purposes of public display. For full details please take a look at our Terms & Conditions, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Monday: 8am – 6pm
Tuesday: 8am – 6pm
Wednesday: 8am – 6pm
Thursday: 8am–6pm
Friday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: 8am – 6pm
Sunday: 8am – 6pm
The Monthly Prizes are awarded on the first Friday of every month. (i.e. For the previous month.)

Entrants are advised via their email and/or phone number.

You can check your entry by using this tool.
Winners of the Olive Pink Photography Awards will be announced at an appropriate event at the end of the year. (Around the first week of December.)

Winning entrants will be notified by email and/or phone.
